Payment Policy
The UK storefront shows product prices, delivery charges, discounts, and the order total in British pounds (GBP). Review the complete total before selecting the final payment button.
nova-a accepts only the payment methods actually displayed in the secure Shopify checkout. Depending on availability, these may include major credit or debit cards and supported digital wallets. A logo in the site footer should be displayed only when that method is genuinely enabled at checkout.
The payment provider encrypts payment credentials and may use fraud screening or 3-D Secure authentication. nova-a does not store full card numbers or security codes. An order proceeds to fulfilment only after successful authorisation and our order confirmation. A pending bank authorisation is not necessarily a completed charge.
We may hold or cancel a transaction when payment cannot be verified, the issuer declines it, or activity appears unauthorised. Captured funds for an order we cancel are returned to the original payment method. Approved refunds are also made to that method; the issuer controls how quickly the credit appears.
Because the merchant account is based in the United States, a bank may classify the transaction as international and apply its own currency-conversion or cross-border fee even when checkout shows GBP. Such issuer fees are outside nova-a’s control. We never request payment passwords, one-time codes, or complete card details by email.
