These Terms apply to the use of nova-a.shop and purchases made through the store. By submitting an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into the purchase.

Products and website information

We make reasonable efforts to present product names, descriptions, ingredients or directions, photographs, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing changes may cause minor differences in colour or packaging. Product packaging and the manufacturer’s label should be read before use. Nothing on the website is medical advice, and no product is offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Prices and orders

The UK storefront displays prices in British pounds (GBP). Delivery charges and any taxes calculated by checkout are shown before payment. Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when nova-a sends an order confirmation after payment and availability checks.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, payment cannot be verified, the address cannot be served, or fraud or unlawful activity is suspected. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be returned to the original payment method.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape the website without permission, misuse another person’s information, or use the store for an unlawful purpose. Text, design, photographs, logos, and other materials are owned by nova-a or their respective licensors and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

Liability and consumer rights

We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms restricts the mandatory rights of UK consumers, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, unsafe, or not as described. To the extent permitted by law, nova-a is not responsible for indirect business loss or for delay caused by events outside reasonable control.
